Conditions regarding maximum amount, payment term, fees and dunning process
At PowerPay, there is no fixed maximum amount up to which customers can use purchase on account. An individual credit limit is therefore set for each customer, which depends primarily on their creditworthiness. For further purchases, this is then increasingly dependent on the customer's own payment history with PowerPay. So if you have always paid invoices on time in the past and currently have no other outstanding invoices, the credit limit is slightly higher. This applies across all stores for all orders for which purchase on account via PowerPay has been selected. So if you have outstanding PowerPay invoices from one store, the purchase limit for payment via PowerPay will also be reduced accordingly for other stores.
Depending on the store, you will first receive anindividual invoice by e-mail (after the order has been dispatched) from , which must be paid within the period specified on the invoice (e.g. 10 days). If this is not paid on time, you will receive a monthly invoice by post in the following month, which is then due by the end of the month. A administration fee of CHF 2.90 is charged for each invoice.
In principle, you can also pay each invoice in flexible installments . The minimum amount is stated on the current invoice and is 10% of the current outstanding amount. This applies to amounts under CHF 500.00. For larger outstanding amounts, the entire outstanding amount must be repaid in a maximum of three monthly payments. If the installment facility is used, annual interest of 12% will be charged in addition to the monthly administration fees for the monthly invoice (CHF 2.90).
If the minimum amount specified in the monthly invoice for partial payment is not paid on time, you will receive a reminder with quite high reminder fees. These are CHF 15.00 for the first reminder, CHF 25.00 for the second reminder and CHF 35.00 for the third reminder.
